User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the app. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you create, upload, or share through the application.
Data Responsibility
Because your data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups if you wish to preserve your data. Uninstalling the app, resetting your device, or device failure may result in permanent loss of your data. We are not responsible for any data loss.
App-Specific Restrictions
In addition to the restrictions in our Master Terms of Service, you agree not to use this application for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to engage in any activity that could harm the app, its users, or Huggler Holdings LLC.
